This Privacy Policy explains how Viziro (“Viziro”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information through our marketing website at viziro.app (the “Site”) and the Viziro construction site management application (the “App”, together with the Site, the “Service”).

This Policy applies to anyone who visits the Site, submits an inquiry through it, or uses the App as part of a customer company’s account, including administrators, office staff, and workers whose records are entered into the App by their employer.

For each worker profile a customer company creates in the App’s HR/attendance module, we store the details entered by that company, which may include:
We do not store copies, scans, or images of these underlying documents — only the reference numbers and dates that the customer company enters.
The App also stores the operational content that customer companies and their users create, including projects, issues, notes, inspections, and any images or files attached to that content.
We do not collect or store device or worker location/GPS data.

Some of the providers listed above may process data outside the United Arab Emirates (for example, in the United States). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.
We retain account, company, worker, and project data for as long as the relevant customer account remains active, or as needed to provide the Service, plus any additional period required to meet legal, regulatory, or WPS-related obligations. Site inquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably needed to follow up on the inquiry. When a customer account is closed or a deletion request is made, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including hosting on AWS infrastructure with access controls, to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under 18 acting in their own capacity. Worker records entered by an employer relate to that employer’s workforce personnel and are not intended to include data about children.
