This Cookie Policy explains how Viziro (“Viziro”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website at viziro.app (the “Site”) and within the Viziro application (the “App”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website or application. They can be used for purposes such as keeping you signed in, remembering your preferences, or understanding how a site or app is used.
Our marketing Site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only cookie-related activity on the Site relates to the basic technical operation of our “Request Demo” / “Join Pilot Program” contact form (for example, standard form-submission handling). We do not currently run analytics or marketing tracking scripts on the Site.
Once you log in to the App, we use the following categories of cookies and similar local storage:
Used to keep you signed in and to secure your session. These are required for the App to function and cannot be disabled without losing the ability to use the App.
Used to remember your language, interface theme, and notification preferences, so you do not need to reset them each time you use the App.
We use Mouseflow within the App to record aggregated usage patterns — such as clicks and navigation flow — to help us understand how the App is used and to improve it. Mouseflow may set its own cookies for this purpose. Mouseflow is not used on the public Site.
Cookies set by Mouseflow are governed by Mouseflow’s own privacy and cookie practices, in addition to this Policy.
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies in the App will likely prevent you from being able to log in or use core features.
